youth Auxiliary Groups

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. sponsors three youth groups or auxiliaries for young ladies and girls.

                     

The Pearlettes are girls ages 4 to 8 years old.  This group was started in 1991 when the Sorority became aware of the need to include all ages of youth believing that the earlier young people are brought into a group, the stronger the adult they will become.  Pearlettes are involved in varied activities to broaden their consciousness about service in the community.

 

The Amicettes are girls ages 9 to 13 years old.  They carry out activities to learn the importance of serving in their community and developing high academic and personal standards.  

 

The Archonettes  are young ladies 14 to 17 years old.  They engage in a variety of educational, service, and leadership activities to prepare them for college and adulthood.

 

The youth auxiliaries are sponsored by graduate chapters only.  Each group is supervised by trained and certified chapter members or youth advisors, for whom a criminal record check is required to be eligible.
