youth Auxiliary Groups
Youth Auxiliaries
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated established clubs for youth in the 1950’s. Participation in club activities grew rapidly and three (3) youth groups based on age were established. Beta Zeta Zeta Chapter first had youth auxiliaries in the 1970’s.
All Zeta youth auxiliaries have a curriculum with four areas of focus: cultural awareness and social skill enhancement, educational enrichment, leadership development, and community service. Using this curriculum, we help the young ladies to:

-
Develop their unique personalities and self-esteem
-
Make responsible decisions and improve social confidence, to relate to their peers, parents and adults in general
-
Serve in their communities
-
Grow culturally, socially and scholastically
-
Exhibit leadership skills and Finer Womanhood behaviors
-
Gain an awareness of the need to share responsibilities and understand one another in order to achieve a common goal
-
Have fun!!

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. members who serve as youth group sponsors must be trained, certified and complete NCSI background screening.
